Refund and Cancellation Policy
Christian Music Lessons (CML)

1. Purpose
At Christian Music Lessons (CML), we desire to serve our students with integrity, excellence, and fairness. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be requested and granted.
By purchasing any course, membership, subscription, event, or service from CML, you agree to this Policy.
2. Digital Nature of Our Services
CML provides digital educational products and services, including:
Online courses
Membership programs
Video lessons
Downloadable resources
Live online classes
Workshops and webinars
Because digital content becomes accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are limited once substantial access has been granted.
3. Course Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
Eligible Conditions
The request is submitted within 10 calendar days of purchase.
Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
No course completion certificate has been issued.
No abuse of the refund policy is detected.
Refund requests submitted after the refund period may not be approved.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be granted when:
More than 20% of the course has been accessed.
A course completion certificate has been issued.
The purchase was made more than 10 days earlier.
The student simply changes their mind after substantial course usage.
The student lacks time to complete the course.
The student experiences technical limitations on their own device, internet connection, or equipment.
The student violates CML’s Terms of Use.
5. Technical Access Issues
If you are unable to access a purchased course due to a technical issue caused by CML and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period, you may be eligible for:
A full refund,
A partial refund,
Course replacement, or
Account credit.
The resolution will be determined by CML based on the circumstances.
6. Duplicate Payments
If duplicate payments are made accidentally for the same course, membership, or service, CML will refund the duplicate amount upon verification.
7. Membership and Subscription Refunds
Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership period has begun and access has been granted.
However, exceptions may be considered for:
Duplicate billing,
Technical failures caused by CML,
Billing errors,
Other exceptional circumstances determined by CML.
Cancellation of a subscription will stop future renewals but will not normally result in a refund for the current billing period.
8. Live Classes, Workshops, and Events
Registration fees for live classes, workshops, webinars, masterclasses, and special events are generally non-refundable.
If CML cancels an event, participants may receive:
A full refund,
Account credit, or
Transfer to a future event.
9. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Courses purchased during special promotions, discounts, scholarship programs, bundled offers, or limited-time sales may be subject to separate refund terms disclosed during checkout.
Where stated at the time of purchase, certain promotional purchases may be non-refundable.

CML may request additional information to verify eligibility.
11. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Actual crediting timelines depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
12. Abuse Prevention
CML reserves the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of:
Repeated refund abuse,
Excessive course consumption,
Fraudulent activity,
Chargeback abuse,
Violation of platform policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
CML reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes become effective when published on the website.
